Have you seen this adorable garland tutorial from Betz White on Craftzine? It's so fun and so simple that I'm making my mom, my cousin and myself a strand to add to the Valentine's Day festivities. I substituted the felt balls for .99 1/2" Pom Poms from Michaels. These hearts are so fun! :)I can't wait to get these up, they instantly make me happy.
